We believe that marketing isn't just about design and messaging, it’s about creating community. We believe our customer community, experience, and growing content library is our unfair advantage in the largely mundane market that is data analytics. As marketing manager you will focus on driving revenue but also setting up customers for success, providing customers with content to improve their business, and crafting clear, concise messaging behind our industry-leading product. This position offers the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the Malartu platform, recommend and drive future product developments, and regularly consult with clients to improve their current processes.
What we will trust you with:
Develop and execute a multi-channel strategy for inbound sales leads;
Regularly interface with sales to improve sales funnel conversion and reinforce sales processes with content;
Oversee the setup and implementation of Malartu online community centers for both prospects and customers;
Demonstrate the value of Malartu through remote and in-person meetings;
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers with a diverse set of backgrounds;
Regularly consult with customer accounts on ways to improve their portfolio analytics, grow their business through digital marketing, and find more value in the Malartu platform.
What you need:
2 years of experience in a digital marketing role at a software technology firm or professional services firm
BA/BS degree from a great university;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill, with proficient writing ability;
An obsession with client happiness. You succeed when they succeed.
A burning desire to win clients from competitors. You’re a team player, but you know that a little competition is healthy.
